    Newark airport flights suffer ground delays due to equipment outages, FAA says

    NEWARK, N.J. (PIX11) — Newark Liberty International Airport announced Monday that flights have been disrupted due to equipment outages.

    In a post on social media , the airport said:

    “FAA equipment outages have caused #EWR Airport flight disruptions. Please check with your airline to determine the status of your flight.”

    Fights have ground delays until 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the FAA .
