Woman, 78, forcibly touched during robbery in the Bronx: Police

THROGGS NECK, The Bronx (PIX11) — Police are looking for a man who they say forcibly touched and robbed a woman in her home in the Bronx.

The incident happened just before 2 a.m. Monday morning near Graff Avenue and Schurz Avenue.

The man is accused of breaking into the home of a 78-year-old woman and punching her before exposing himself and touching the woman against her will, according to authorities.

He then allegedly snatched the woman’s purse, two landline phones, and jewelry, police say.

The woman suffered from minor injuries but is expected to survive.
