    NYC Ferry price hike starts: Here’s how much it will cost you to ride

    NEW YORK (PIX11) – It will cost you more to hitch a ride on an NYC Ferry starting on Monday.

    The price for a single ferry trip has gone up from $4 to $4.50. A ten-trip ticket pack is going from $27.50 to $29.

    Discounted one-way fares for seniors, people with disabilities and low-income residents are now $1.45.

    New York City public school students can apply for discounted fares on the ferry’s website .

    The new fall schedule also starts on Monday, with changes to departure times on the Rockaway, Astoria and South Brooklyn routes.
