Man threatened with knife during package robbery in the Bronx: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – Three men are accused of stealing a package during an armed robbery in the Bronx on Aug. 20, according to the NYPD.

A 38-year-old man was walking on Townsend Avenue when the suspects approached him with a knife, police said. That’s when the men allegedly stole the package from the victim’s hands, according to authorities.

The men were accused of fleeing the scene on a red moped going eastbound on 175th Street, police said.

The victim was not injured, according to authorities.

The first suspect was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts. The second suspect was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.

The third suspect was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants.
