Woman shot in stomach at NYCHA complex in East New York: NYPD

EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn (PIX11) — A woman was shot in the stomach at a Brooklyn NYCHA complex early Tuesday morning, police said.

The 41-year-old victim was shot at the Pink Houses at 2726 Linden Blvd. in East New York at around 2 a.m., according to the NYPD. The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are looking for two suspects in connection to the incident. One of the men was wearing a dark-colored hoodie and gray pants, and the other was wearing a dark-colored hoodie and dark-colored pants.

There have been no arrests.
