    NYC DOE employee accused of jumping turnstile at Queens subway station: NYPD

    QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – A New York City Department of Education employee was accused of jumping a turnstile at a Queens subway station on Wednesday, according to the NYPD.

    Marlee Wollman, 31, had an existing bench warrant, police said. She was taken into custody around 3:35 p.m.

    Wollman was charged with theft of services.

    So many people have evaded fares in the subways or bus in NYC. They have been caught but yet you have never seen any news articles about it. I thought that they would give a warning notice the first time that you are caught. Different strokes for different folks. She should have kept one of those student metro cards for herself.
