Boy, 16, shot in Brooklyn: NYPD

BED-STUY, Brooklyn (PIX11) – A 16-year-old boy was shot in Brooklyn Tuesday night, according to the NYPD.

It happened on Lewis Avenue in Bed-Stuy around 9:40 p.m. The teenager was shot in the leg, police said.

The victim then drove home on a two-wheeled vehicle, according to authorities.

He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue.
