    Brooklyn affordable housing unit offers ‘iconic’ waterfront views: see it

    BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – Williamsburg’s new affordable housing development overlooks the East River, Domino Park, and the Williamsburg Bridge.

    The Kent Avenue Apartments is the newest Brooklyn lottery option for New Yorkers, and the application closes in 55 days on Dec. 10, 2024, according to the Housing Connect website .

    “Williamsburg is one of New York City’s most sought-after neighborhoods and home to a vibrant community with popular restaurants, bars, unique shops, and iconic cultural institutions and events,” read the Kent Apartments website . “Domino Square, the newest addition to Domino Park, is located directly across the street, which provides residents with unique access to this one-acre public plaza’s year-round community programming.”

    The building’s amenities include a doorman, an indoor pool, high-end kitchen appliances, and a gym. According to the listing, some amenities have additional fees.

    The Kent Avenue apartments are pet-friendly and are an ‘iconic tower’ redefining the Williamsburg waterfront, according to officials.
