Win a million dollars by coming up with a new flavor for Lay’s chips

NEW YORK (PIX11) – If you’ve ever had a snack craving you couldn’t satisfy now might be your chance to make it happen.

Snack maker Lay’s is calling for ideas for their next chip with their “Do Us A Flavor” contest. It marks the contest’s first return in seven years.

Anyone with a flavor idea can submit it online, now through Feb. 21, 2025. You can submit up to 10 ideas each day, including the name of their flavor and key ingredients.

A panel of judges will narrow the ideas down to three finalists. Those three will see their suggestions turned into actual chip flavors and brought to market in April 2025. From there fans will vote for their favorite flavor.

To help spark inspiration, Lay’s will also bring back previous winning fan flavors like Cheesy Garlic Bread, Chicken & Waffles, Crispy Taco, Southern Biscuits and Gravy, and Wavy Fried Green Tomato.
