Medical Emergency Causes Head-On Voluntown Crash
Voluntown, CT – A man experiencing a medical emergency struck another vehicle head-on Saturday morning sending himself and two others to the hospital. At approximately 10:17 AM on Saturday, July 20th, 2024, the Voluntown Vol. Fire Co., Lisbon Ambulance Service, American Ambulance Service Paramedic, and Connecticut State Police (CSP) Troop E were dispatched to the area of 593 Rockville Rd, Rt 138, for a multi-vehicle accident with reported entrapment.

A 2013 Nissan Rouge driven by a 45-year-old man from South Hadley, Mass. was traveling east on Route 138 with a 35-year-old female passenger from Chicopee, Mass, according to the crash report.
