SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — As we count the rainfall this month, we are looking at the record books for summer rain update. We’re down to our last month of meteorological summer. And while many had a dry July, the heavy rains from June are keeping our summer rainfall numbers up.

(MITCHELLNOW) The Jimmy River Band and Judd Hoos took the Corn Palace Plaza stage for performances of live music during the Pre-Sturgis Party during the evening of Thursday August 1, 2024. Motorcycles lined Mitchell’s Main Street. There was a motorcycle parade and stunt show, car show with food trucks and stands.
