RAPID CITY, S.D. - Rapid City teen artist Santana L. Twiss will be showcased in the upcoming Emerging Visual Artists (EVA) exhibition at the Dahl Arts Center. Her exhibit opens on August 1 and will be on view in the Dahl’s Bruce H. Lien Cultural Café & Gallery until September 26, 2024.
