This spot wasn’t dangerous. There’s some projects nearby but mind ya business they minded theirs. Use to be shoe stores and food markets back in the 90s. Even a lightly used park across the street. And if u wanted to act up DOC gave you a jail stay where u could over look the city and the mall while awaiting transition to a different jail. Bmore small but definitely not a city to sleep on. I pray for the day to see the high heroin usage become a memory. 🙏🏾
