Dozens of animals are recovering after being rescued from deplorable hoarding conditions inside a small hotel room in Bucks County."We were actually notified by the hotel staff. Retreat closed the drug rehab and mental health facilities in Lancaster County and other states last month over financial issues, and their top two executives killed themselves. Local companies that provided food, supplies and services to Retreat are now facing the possibility of never being paid.
