72-year-old man dies in Pleasant Hill motorcycle crash: MSHP

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man is dead after a Sunday afternoon motorcycle crash in Cass County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

According to the MSHP, 72-year-old Dennis Kimberlin was driving eastbound near Route VV at Route E in Pleasant Hill, Mo. when his 2010 Honda motorcycle traveled off the side of the road.

The MSHP said Kimberlin was ejected from the motorcycle at about 3:55 p.m. and pronounced dead shortly after by EMS at 4:12 p.m.

This is fatality 52 and fatal crash 46 for Troop A of the MSHP in 2024.
