Niku-Ya Stone Grill & Bar Is Debuting in Pleasanton

According to a recently submitted permit application, a new eatery listed as Niku-Ya Stone Grill & Bar is gearing up to open in Pleasanton.

Coming to 4220 Rosewood Drive , Suite A , the concept will land near establishments such as Panda Express, Super Grill & Breakfast, and Taco Bell.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Niku-Ya’s co-owner, Shan Guo of A & P Grill, Inc. and Sea House Restaurant, Inc., to inquire about the eatery, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, according to Brixmore Properties , the development will also feature Starbucks, Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, The Kebab Shop, and Panda Express — and be anchored by Trader Joe’s, 99 Ranch Market, Macy’s Home Furniture & Restoration Hardware, drawing “an estimated 12,700 visits per day.”
