NORTH TEXAS — Better news is on the horizon. On water vapor imagery Sunday evening, you can easily see the tropical trough nearing the Texas Gulf Coast. Although it's taken a little while to get here, it'll bring more rain chances, cloud cover, and some cooler temps to the state. So, what's in it for us? Texas Lake Rescues Adorable Orphan Dolphin
A nonprofit program dedicated to marine mammal conversation known as the Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network or TMMSN recently assisted individuals with rescuing an orphan dolphin that had been seen by itself on the Texas coast according to Your Basin. This was a young female dolphin that was landlocked in the power lake, which is located near San Antonio Bay on Matagorda Island.
