Maher steps up to help 5-year-old Chester girl battling cancer
CHESTER – Assemblyman Brian Maher (R, Walden) describes 5-year-old Lilly Fernandez as a fun and spunky girl who has a love for music, singing, and dancing. Fernandez’s story resonates with Maher so much because the little girl reminds him of his daughter.
