Permits have been filed to renovate an office building at 880 Fralick Street in Plymouth to house a future restaurant called Brunch House . The application proposes to renovate the interior and exterior and add approximately 266 square feet of space to the rear of the building.

Owner Klajid Ibi is a seasoned restaurateur specializing in brunch offerings. Ibi owns Biscuits and Gravy, a popular breakfast chain with locations in Canton and Clawson. Ibi and his family also own the Golden Grill Family Restaurant in Berkley and Village Grill in Royal Oak until the latter was sold.

According to the plans filed, Plymouth Brunch House restaurant will have 52 seats inside and an additional 12 seats (4 tables) outside for seasonal outdoor dining, totaling approximately 1,505 square feet. The menu will include classic breakfast and lunch items, as well as alcoholic beverages.

Other eateries around the proposed site include Plymouth Coffee Bean, Stella’s Black Dog Tavern, Thai Ocha, and The Post Local Bistro, which recently kickstarted its brunch program.
