(CBS DETROIT) - A Michigan nurse is charged for allegedly falsifying the medical records of an elderly patient after they fell out of a wheelchair.According to the Michigan Attorney General's office, Tessy I. Idusuyi, 49, of East Lansing, is charged with one count of intentionally placing false information on a chart and one count of fourth-degree vulnerable adult abuse. Idusuyi, who worked at the Ingham County Medical Care Facility in Okemos, was arraigned in the 55th District Court on Tuesday.
