The cityscape of Cleveland is set to dramatically change following a decision by the Cleveland City Council to approve a significant incentive package for real estate firm Bedrock's ambitious redevelopment plan. As reported by cleveland.com, the unanimous vote will pave the way for a $3 billion makeover of Tower City Center and the eastern bank of the Cuyahoga River, including the creation of 2,000 residential units and over a million square feet of retail, entertainment, and office space.
