    Lawsuit against town, police officer alleges ‘dangerous’ chase caused crash that seriously injured innocent woman

    if the guy was a murderer, armed robber or child molester and that was the reason for the chase, then I could justify it. there is no reason to chase someone for mere speeding, esp if they have a flashy car/got the plate. common sense. more lives are endangered by chasing someone for a traffic infraction than they are potentially saved. a speeding ticket, squealing the tires because you have a powerful car shouldn't qualify. totally sue the police here. granted, sue the driver of the car who was tryna get away, but the police holds some of the culpability here too for needing to 'enforce' every little thing.

    I guess we all agree that the little SOB that the cops were chasing is definitely the guilty one. Watch how fast he get someone else hurt. I wouldn’t be a cop for 50,000 a month. Always their fault is bull
