Part-time Deputy Assessor approval to be considered at upcoming Pocahontas County Commission meeting

MARLINTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Members of the Pocahontas County Commission are scheduled to assemble on Wednesday for the Regular Session meeting of the commission at which approval of a part-time Deputy Assessor will be up for consideration.

A recently released agenda for next week’s session indicates that, along with the potential approval of a part-time Deputy Assessor, the commission will consider a proposed Haymaking Contract with East Fork Property, as well as the Coal Severance Unencumbered Balance for the period of 2023 to 2024.

The full agenda for the upcoming meeting of the Pocahontas County Commission as released this week by the commission can be seen below. The meeting itself will be held at 8:30am on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
