    Wednesday, July 3Revive @ 5 takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays in the summer at Lookout Point in downtown Pocatello. There will be live music, food, cold beverages and fun for the entire family.

    Load ‘em in the Dark Cattle Company’s regular Wednesday night team roping from 6 to 10 p.m. in the Indoor Arena at the Bannock County Event Center in Pocatello. Admission is free.

    There will be a Root Beer Float Social at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at Inkom City Park. Live entertainment begins at 7 p.m.

    The annual Treaty Day Fireworks & Indian Relay Races will take place on Wednesday, July 3. Events will start at 6 p.m. with the Indian Relay Horse Races at the Fort Hall Rodeo Grounds. The fireworks show will start at dusk at the rodeo grounds.

    Tylor and the Train Robbers will perform live starting at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at the First National Bar, 232 W. Center St. in Pocatello.

    Thursday, July 4At sunrise on Thursday, July 4, a cannonade begins the day’s activities in Malad along with a Fun Run sponsored by the Malad Distinguished Young Woman Committee. An Early Bird Breakfast will begin at approximately 6:30 a.m., and the parade will begin at 10 a.m. The day will end with a spectacular fireworks show at the Oneida County Fairgrounds.

    The city of Paris will host a variety of activities to celebrate Independence Day, including a Chuckwagon Breakfast, the Paris Tabernacle Patriotic Pageant, a parade and more. Visit tinyurl.com/469cjeef for a schedule of events.

    Montpelier’s Fourth of July Celebration will kick off with a Chuckwagon Breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. at Allinger Park. Then there will be a fireworks show at dusk.

    Idaho Falls FireKracker 5k will be held at 7 a.m. Thursday, July 4, on Broadway Street in Idaho Falls. Funds from this event are donated to the Idaho Falls Military Affairs Committee. Tickets can be found at tinyurl.com/2tp8dewj.

    There will be a traditional pancake breakfast sponsored by the Bisharat family starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, July 4, at Skyline Park in Inkom. At 9 a.m., the annual Fourth of July Parade begins. Then, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., there will be a celebration at Inkom City Park. Multiple vendors will be in attendance, plus activities for the whole family

    The annual Bannock County Independence Day Celebration is set for Thursday, July 4, at the Bannock County Event Center in Pocatello. Events begin at 9 a.m. with the Camping World RV Show, which will run until 7 p.m. Then, from 1 to 6 p.m., bring the family to the petting zoo or stop by the car show. Food trucks and the beer booth will begin serving at 2 p.m. And don’t miss the pie-eating contest at 6 p.m. Enjoy live music and food while everyone waits for dusk when the best fireworks show in Southeast Idaho begins.

    Pocatello’s annual Independence Day Parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 4, in Historic Downtown Pocatello. The parade will begin at the intersection of East Center Street and South Second Avenue and head to the Concentrix parking lots on North Main Street. This year’s theme is “Star Spangled Celebration!” The parade will begin at North Main and West Fremont streets. The parade will run on the West side of Historic Downtown Pocatello only due to the Underpass being closed.

    Rexburg’s annual Independence Day Parade is set for 10 a.m. Thursday, July 4. The parade will begin at the corner of Madison Avenue and First North, ending at the roundabout on Fourth South and Second West. And from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Rexburg’s Independence Day Party in the Park will take place at Porter Park. There will be vendors, food trucks, live music and more.

    There are several Idaho Falls Independence Day events scheduled for Thursday, July 4. The annual Liberty on Parade will begin at 9 a.m. in Idaho Falls. Line up along Boulevard to see the floats. Riverfest will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls, with many activities planned. To get more information, visit riverfestidaho.com. Finally, at 10 p.m., the Melaleuca Freedom Celebration fireworks show will start at 10 p.m. also at Snake River Landing.

    Main Street Mile is set for 10:45 a.m. Thursday, July 4, at Main Street and First East in Rexburg. The Main Street Mile is a family fun run which will take place before the Rexburg Fourth of July Parade. Runners will receive a free Fourth of July day pass to Rexburg Rapids with every entry.     Music in the Park presenting Bringing Back the BOOM starting at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 4, at Willow Bay Resort, 135 Pheasant Run in American Falls. Join the event for live music, food, drinks, beer garden, craft vendors and ending the night with a fireworks show.

    Daniel Rodriguez is scheduled to play at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 4, at Knotty Pine, 58 S. Main St. in Victor. Daniel Rodriguez is a founder of the genre defying/genre creating band Elephant Revival.

    The Lava Hot Springs Fourth of July Fireworks and Great American Duck Race are set for Thursday, July 4. The duck race is at 8 p.m. Fireworks are at dusk. For more information and to purchase ducks, visit lavahotsprings.org/event/fireworks.

    The First National Bar, 232 W. Center St. in Pocatello, will host July Fourth Karaoke starting at 9 p.m. Thursday, July 4.

    Friday, July 5

    First Friday Art Walk will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 5, throughout downtown Pocatello.

    Rigby Lake Rumble Kids Triathlon will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, July 5, at Jefferson County Lake, 490 N. 4000 E. in Rigby. The race is produced by Tri Peaks Epic Events. Get tickets by going to tinyurl.com/28bwp3ma.

    Eric Lindell is slated to play at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 5, at the Tetonia Club, 6266 S. Main St. in Tetonia. Born in San Mateo, California in 1969, Lindell spent countless hours in San Francisco, soaking up the musical sounds of the city, eventually leading him to pick up first the bass and then the guitar and harmonica.     Friday & Saturday, July 5-6

    Jim Dandy Brewing, 305 E. Lander St. in Pocatello, will host a six-year anniversary party from 3 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, July 5 to 6. There will be new super tasty beers, a special edition glow-in-the-dark Jim Dandy mug, and live music from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday by Steelhead Redd and The Opskamatrists.

    The Portneuf Valley Farmers Market will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through October at Lookout Point in downtown Pocatello.

    The Blackfoot Farmers Market will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through October at 1800 E. Airport Road in Blackfoot.

    Gone After Midnight: CatCore 2024 is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday, July 6, at The Gem, 216 First St. in Idaho Falls. Gone After Midnight is an alt rock band whose music gives motivation, meaning and hope to the lives of their listeners. For tickets, visit tinyurl.com/9mwdnxwr.

    The Gate City Grays will host a double header versus the Royals at 6 and 8 p.m. Saturday, July 6, at Halliwell Park in Pocatello. Tickets are $5, and kids 8 and under get in free with an adult.

    The All-American Festival Concert is at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 6, in the Jensen Grand Hall at the Stephens Performing Arts Center in Pocatello. Celebrating the country’s independence, the concert will feature band and choral pieces performed by ISU alumni, students and community musicians, featuring all-American compositions by John Williams, John Philip Sousa, Oscar Peterson, Aaron Copland and will conclude with the patriotic classic “Stars and Stripes Forever.” In addition to ticket sales, funds will be raised through hot dog sales at the Marshall Rotunda, starting at 5:30 p.m. Concert proceeds will go toward the establishment of an endowment for music student scholarships.     Hidden Nomad will perform live starting at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 6, at Wanderlust Craft Beer Taproom & Wine Bar, 1799 Hurley Drive, Suite A, in Pocatello.

    Sunday, July 7The Pocatello Municipal Band will present the second concert of the 2024 season of Music in the Park at 7 p.m. Sunday, July 7, at Lookout Point, across from the Marshall Public Library in Pocatello.

    Monday, July 8The Pocatello Food Truck Round-Up is open from 4 to 8 p.m. every Monday at Lookout Point through September.

    The Black Rock Gold Prospectors are scheduled to meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 8, at the Veterans Memorial Building, 300 N. Johnson Ave. in Pocatello. The meeting will be downstairs.     Tuesday, July 9The River Concert Series takes place every Tuesday at 7 p.m. (weather permitting) until Aug. 27 at the Greenbelt Stage (near Memorial between D and E streets). Admission is free.
