Used-car dealership to hold grand opening in August

POCATELLO — A new dealership for used vehicles is set to hold its grand opening and ribbon cutting in August.

According to a news release from 1 Hour Auto, owner Teresa Nelson hopes to transform the used car buying process. She hopes to offer exceptional service and no-hassle financing to ensure that customers are able to save both time and money.

Nelson has operated several businesses in the Pocatello area, including a senior care franchise. She started her own consulting agency called Envision Your Business, which is how she discovered the 1 Hour Auto franchise.

Nelson said in the news release that opening 1 Hour Auto is a new adventure for her. She looks forward to working in a new industry.

"Our mission is to make the car buying experience fast, efficient and enjoyable for our customers," she said in the news release. "With the expertise of my dedicated team, we are confident that 1 Hour Auto will be a positive addition to our community."

Nelson will be joined by John Nemire as general manager and Stefanee Welker as chief operating officer.

The news release said Nemire has 18 years of experience in the auto sales industry and Welker has worked with Nelson for 11 years in the senior care business.

1 Hour Auto will feature high quality-used vehicles. Its focus will be on making the buying process hassle-free, quick and customer-centric.

If customers don't see anything they like in its current inventory, the dealership will offer a "Find Your Car Concierge Program." Customers will tell this program what they want and they will do their best to find it.

The grand opening will be held on Aug. 7 at noon. It will feature special promotions, refreshments and entertainment. Customers will also have a chance to meet the team. The event is open to the public.
