Tiana Weeks, East Stroudsburg South Field Hockey: She recorded one goal and one assist in the Cavaliers' 3-1 victory over Pleasant Valley

Elli-Ana Sheckler, Pleasant Valley Soccer: She recorded two goals and an assist in a 9-0 win over East Stroudsburg North

Haddasah Talley, Pocono Mountain West volleyball: She recorded six kills, four aces, a block and a dig in a 3-0 win over East Stroudsburg South

Rylee Ruggiero, Pleasant Valley volleyball: She recorded nine kills, seven aces, three digs and an assist in the Bears' 3-0 win over East Stroudsburg South

Boys Athlete of the Week nominees

Charles Capers, East Stroudsburg South Football: He ran for 201 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries in the Cavaliers' 24-21 loss to Northampton.

Royce Thompson, Pleasant Valley Soccer: He scored three goals in the Bears' 9-0 win over East Stroudsburg North

Owen Smith: Pocono Mountain East Soccer: He recorded four goals and an assist in the Cardinals' 7-0 win over Dieruff

Jaylin Rieara, Stroudsburg Football: He scored two rushing touchdowns in the Mounties' 35-20 win over Wilkes-Barre
