KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Missouri man is one million dollars richer thanks to using his spare change to purchase a lottery ticket at a Blue Springs Price Chopper. A man was making a pit stop at a Price Chopper off Highway 7, and decided to get a ticket in the June 15 drawing.
