Police in Youngstown are investigating after a woman reported being carjacked with her gun and cell phone still in her vehicle. Maintenance planned for McCartney Rd. tank in Youngstown, water pressure changes possible
People living in part of Youngstown may experience lower than normal water pressure over the next few days. The Youngstown Water Department will begin routine maintenance on the water tank on McCartney Road Thursday. Crews will begin draining the tank Wednesday and the refilling process will finish up by Friday.
