Humane Society Pets of the Week – August 25, 2024

Polk Today provides this weekly feature promoting dogs and cats up for adoption at the Cedartown Polk County Humane Society . Please consider providing these pets a loving home or tell those who might be interested about their availability.

Beau

Beau is a charming little Chihuahua mix that we all love because of the adorable underbite!!!!   He is sweet, playful, and hoping for a brand new home.  He is good with other dogs and kids.  We are not sure about cats.  He loves riding in the car and hopes you are looking for someone just like him to take to your house.  He is 4.5 years old and weighs about 14.5 lbs.

As with all our dogs, Beau II has been tested for heartworms, vaccinated appropriate for age, neutered, and microchipped.  Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee.  All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.

Winky

Winky is a black domestic short haired girl who was part of a 5 kitten litter born in early May.  She is growing and thriving and loves to play.

As with all of our cats and kittens, Winky has been tested for FIV and Feline leukemia, vaccinated appropriate for age, spayed, and microchipped.  Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee.  All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.
