A class of 2025 quarterback won his season opener on Friday night. TJ Lateef helped Orange Lutheran defeat Serra 21-13 to open his senior season. Warehouse off Live Oak Canyon Road up for a vote in Yucaipa
YUCAIPA, Calif. – Yucaipa City Council will consider a massive 2 million square foot warehouse development in Live Oak Canyon, just east of Redlands, on Monday. The development proposal is part of a larger Freeway Corridor Specific Plan (FCSP) update. The FCSP, approved in 2008, encompasses 1,242 acres off I-10. Current land use in the area consists primarily of agricultural land, a wastewater treatment plant, and some residences, according to the staff report.

Author Malcolm Gladwell has done plenty of research to prove the lack of fundamental research in the annual report, which seems critical for colleges to be highly ranked.
