We will be dealing with scattered showers and storms like we saw over the day yesterday with random showers popping up on one side of town and then it being dry on the other. That pattern will continue throughout the week as we will be talking about isolated showers and storms in the afternoon hours all the way through Friday.

Tennessee store clerk 'steals million-dollar lottery ticket' after dad won huge pay-out
A lucky father in was nearly cheated out of a million-dollar winning lottery ticket had it not been for detectives who said a store clerk had tried to steal it for himself. The winner bought two winning tickets at a local Shell gas station in Murfreesboro and gave them to Meer Patel, 23, who was the store clerk at the time. Patel covertly paid the dad for the lesser-winning ticket and tossed the million-dollar winner into the trash. Surveillance footage would later catch him celebrating in the store after scratching off the front, confirming it was indeed worth $1 million, according to detectives.
First Black woman exonerated in the state speaks to raise awareness about Tennessee Innocence Project
BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn — The first Black woman to be exonerated of a crime in the state is speaking in East Tennessee this week.
