Mason Taylor becomes first TE in LSU history to surpass 1,000-yard mark
Mason Taylor made LSU football history on Saturday, becoming the first tight end in program history to surpass the 1,000 yard receiving mark in his career. Taylor was already LSU’s all-time leader at the position in receptions and yards, but the benchmark was significant nonetheless. Taylor caught three passes for 43 yards in LSU’s win over South Alabama on Saturday.
