Hammond Play LIVING INCOGNEGRO To Be Filmed In Port Townsend
Award-winning playwright and actor Gin Hammond is creating Living Incognegro the film in partnership with Port Townsend filmmaker Gabe Van Lelyveld of Whaleheart Productions. Thanks to support from Color of Sound, performances will be shot with a live audience at Key City Public Theatre on the last two days of July at 7pm. Those who missed it the first time or want to see it again should get tickets soon since it sold out during the first run.

WENATCHEE — NCW Libraries is offering a virtual workshop on garden doodling as part of its summer library program on August 14 from 3:00-4:30 pm. Firefighters injured, 9 residents displaced in separate Kitsap County fires
KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — Firefighters from Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue responded to structure fires in Silverdale and Bremerton on July 16. The first was in Silverdale at 12:08 a.m. on NW Cascade Street. A department spokesperson said five people in a single-family home were evacuated and one adult had significant burns and was flown to Harborview Medical Center.

A Seattle-area local of the International Assn. of Machinists and Aerospace Workers called about 32,000 Boeing workers to vote to authorize a possible strike in the weeks ahead as the union prepares to complete negotiations on a new contract with the aircraft builder.
