Mayor Villalobos offers safety tips for hurricane season
MCALLEN, Texas – McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos has participated in a public service announcement to give safety tips in the event of a hurricane or tropical storm. Villalobos did so with meteorologists still unsure if Hurricane Beryl will reach the Rio Grande Valley region.
