HARRINGTON, Del. — Mason Hay, 17, will be back in the show ring at the Delaware State Fair this year, hoping to win for a third year in a row the designation “Overall Champion Showman” during the Livestock Extravaganza. Last year he was chosen top showman in the Sheep Fitting and Showmanship competition, which earned him the right to compete with the top showmen from the swine, goat and beef competitions for Overall Champion Showman.
