ANACORTES, Wash. — A 34-year-old man was arrested after he called 911 to report he had shot a 41-year-old woman at a home in Anacortes on Tuesday. SPANAWAY, Wash. — A man driving a stolen car crashed into a vacant home in Spanaway while attempting to escape Pierce County deputies Tuesday afternoon.
