Space once occupied by Amazon in Seattle’s iconic Rainier Square tower has now been taken up in separate sublease deals, according to industry reports. A recently released office market report from Savills shows that Russell Investments has taken 55,286 square feet of space in the 58-story office and residential tower located at 401 Union St., while Remitly has taken 86,519 square feet of space at the same address. A report from the Puget Sound Business Journal shows that the pair of firms subleased the space from Amazon.
