HOUSTON, Texas — Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 5920 Richmond Avenue early this morning. The identity of the 48-year-old victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. According to a press release from the Houston Police Department (HPD), HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Duncan and Detective V. Nguyen reported that patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the parking lot of a bar at the above address and found the victim with at least one gunshot wound. HOUSTON, Texas — Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a 63-year-old woman found at 8435 Tidwell Road on Monday afternoon. The identity and cause of death of the woman are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department (HPD). HPD Homicide Division Detectives L. Patterson and N. Henderson reported that HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased person at the address and found the woman unresponsive and covered by multiple blankets. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced her deceased at the scene.
