As Portland’s Rose Festival is heading our way, and will have an impact on lanes and ramps for downtown bridges, which can impact people throughout the metro area.

On Saturday, June 1, drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians should anticipate delays on the Morrison Bridge from 5 to 10 p.m., to make room for the Starlight Parade.

Closures that night will include the off-ramp to Southwest Naito Parkway; Naito Parkway’s on-ramp to the bridge; and westbound traffic to the bridge from Southeast Grand Avenue. The Interstate 5 north ramp will remain open.

On Saturday, June 8, the Rose Festival will disrupt traffic on the Broadway Bridge.

Closures from 7 a.m. to noon for the Grand Floral Parade will include eastbound lanes on the bridge and westbound lanes starting at North Larrabee Avenue.
