    PROJECT DESCRIPTION: HighSide Companies, in collaboration with CH Portland Park Avenue and Deacon Construction, is delivering a six-story, 94,000-square-foot, mixed-use building. Cambria Hotel will be the anchor tenant, but the building will also have 1,900 square feet of retail space. The ground floor of the hotel will boast luxurious amenities and back-of-house facilities, while floors 2 through 6 will hold a total of 248 beds in 178 guest rooms and suites.

    The hotel accommodation options will include rooms with queen or king beds as well as suites; they will feature high-end designs and finishes. Hotel amenities will include a lounge area, an upscale restaurant with a covered terrace, a fitness room, and multipurpose space. The building will offer interior bike parking.

    The project received the Portland Design Commission’s approval in January 2022. Construction is scheduled to wrap up in May 2025.
