A representative of Hungry Dumpling House was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Hungry Dumpling House’s planned days of operation will be every day from 11 AM to 9 PM with no seasonal variation.

Hungry Dumpling House was filed for under Happy Dumpling INC. Happy Dumpling was incorporated on March 15, 2024, according to Bizapedia . Listed on the business file are two people, with those two people being Huiting Chen and Shaomei Chen.
