they have no idea what they're talking about! do you know how many empty shelter beds there are? A LOT!! I live in goose hollow I drive past down Burnside where everybody is smoking their fentanyl shooting up their heroin I even saw someone smoking crack which is not common down here anymore. they're not going to put down the lighter the pipe or the needle so you kick them off the street they're going to go wherever they can they don't want help you don't need more housing they won't go in anywhere because they have to stop doing drugs!! get a stinking clue.
