    The dangers of wildfire smoke for those with Alzheimer’s

    PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — With wildfire season well underway, you’ll hear about the major impacts of fires on people’s lives and livelihood, but fire isn’t the only dangerous part, smoke can be as well.

    Wildfire smoke can be especially hazardous to those experiencing conditions like Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

    AM Extra was joined by Hudson Tyler from the Alzheimer’s Association International Research Conference to talk about the dangers of wildfire smoke on brain health.
