So the vaccine is safe all it is is just the RNA, NA of the virus itself, There is no live virus in the vaccine, It is a virus strain of the flu in the flu vaccine and people have taken that I'm gone sick from the flu after getting the vaccine, There is a weakened form of the flu in the flu vaccine and well, And a lot of people got that flu vaccine and Nurses and doctors are forced to are supposed to take the vaccine and they don't walk off their job, There is no live virus in this new vaccine it's just the rna of the virus.

So we already have a worker shortage in pretty much all industries. With the mandate and all these valuable people leaving what is a hospital like legacy to do? Already short handed, does that mean double shifts and no days off or vacations? They will crumble under those conditions. The good news I heard other hospitals that aren’t so Covid crazy are scooping up these valuable nurses which is great news! Last year they were all hero’s now treated like a zero? They are all still hero’s! The hospital’s forcing them out are the zero’s.
