Matt Damon went to this Seacoast restaurant over Labor Day. Here's what he ordered

Did you take a trip to Maine over Labor Day weekend? So did Matt Damon.

The Cambridge, Massachusetts native was in Kittery this weekend, and he stopped by a local juice bar.

The Juicery , a smoothie and juice bar with locations around New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, shared a photo of Damon with one of its employees on social media.

"Look who dropped by our Kittery location this Labor Day weekend! Thanks for the visit, Matt Damon!" the restaurant said in its post.

Matt Damon visits Kittery's Wallingford Square: 'He was so nice'

Irene Schlimmer, an employee at The Juicery in Kittery, met actor Matt Damon over the weekend when he stopped by the juice bar.

Schlimmer said Damon and several children, one of whom she recognized as his daughter, plus a woman who referred to herself as an aunt, biked to Kittery's Wallingford Square on Saturday.

She said they stopped into nearby Lil's Cafe before heading to The Juicery to pick up a few drinks. Schlimmer said they sat outside The Juicery to eat when some employees asked him for a picture.

"We were outside cleaning up as they were leaving, we asked if he would mind if we grabbed a picture with him, and he was so nice, he was like, 'No, not at all. Thank you so much. Everything was great,'" Schlimmer said.

Even though the meeting was "short and sweet," Schlimmer said it was a "really nice" interaction.

"When they came in, they were wearing their bike helmets and sunglasses. So once they sat down, and he took off the helmet, took off the sunglasses, it's like, 'Oh my god, it's really him,'" Schlimmer said. "And then, yeah, we were just freaking out. It was so cool."

What Matt Damon ordered at The Juicery

At The Juicery in Kittery, Damon ordered three drinks, Schlimmer said.

Damon ordered an organic juice called "Life Blood" and two smoothies — the "Peanut Butter Bliss" and the "Mint Matcha Chip."

The "Life Blood" juice has beet, apple, carrot, ginger and lemon, according to The Juicery's menu .

The "Peanut Butter Bliss" smoothie consists of peanut butter, banana and chocolate almond milk, and the "Mint Matcha Chip" contains banana, mint, almond butter, cacao, honey, spinach, matcha and almond milk.

Has Matt Damon been to the Seacoast before?

The Academy Award winner is no stranger to the Seacoast. In 2017, Damon dined at the Oar House in Portsmouth, where he and his family were "really nice," a waitress said.
