Portsmouth diesel prices: Comparison shows where to save $0.50 per gallon

(PORTSMOUTH, OH) The price of diesel varies by as much as $0.50 in the greater Portsmouth area, according to a recent price survey.

The survey looked at prices across the greater Portsmouth area, and found that the cheapest gallon of diesel as of Tuesday was $2.99, at Speedway at 731 Main St. By comparison, the most expensive was $3.49, listed at Marathon at 1026 Gay St.

Region-wide, the average price of diesel was $3.29, according to the survey, which was conducted by internet gas price app GasBuddy.
