    Rooftop at The Envio of Portsmouth welcomes new leadership and menu

    PORTSMOUTH —  Rooftop at The Envio, the rooftop bar and restaurant atop the AC Hotel at 299 Vaughan St., have announced the additions of Deb Weeks in a leadership role and Jesse Souza as executive chef.

    Weeks and Souza have introduced a new social and shareable menu , as well as a cocktail menu.

    Weeks' background includes co-ownership of The Green Monkey Restaurant and Brazo Restaurant in Portsmouth, as well as management roles at several renowned establishments, including Demeters Steakhouse.

    Souza, named Chef of the Year by Hospitality Maine in 2023, brings over three decades of professional cooking experience. A New England native, Souza is experienced with regional American cuisine and incorporating influences from Latin American and Asian food cultures. His extensive experience includes roles as executive chef at multiple Noble House Hotels & Resorts properties.
