A library in Idaho is limiting children’s access to comply with new law
A new law in effect this week in Idaho requires libraries to move books into an “adults only” section if a patron believes it contains sexual content that could be harmful to children. Libraries that don’t comply face fines. Idaho officials sued by inmates over law blocking public funds for gender care
The ACLU of Idaho, on behalf of three people who are incarcerated in Idaho, has filed a federal lawsuit in the Idaho District Court against state officials over a new law that bans public funds from going toward gender-affirming care.
