Voyeurism lawsuit against Coeur d'Alene surgeon to proceed
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — In addition to criminal charges of video voyeurism and sexual exploitation of a child by preparation of sexually exploitative material, Spencer Greendyke, 68, is facing a lawsuit filed by 16 anonymous plaintiffs, including former employees, as well as the spouses and children of the former employees. Greendyke’s wife and medical practice are also named in the lawsuit.

24-year-old Lewiston man arrested for allegedly raping a 6-year-old
LEWISTON, Idaho – A 24-year-old man from Lewiston was arrested for allegedly raping a 6-year-old child. According to the Lewiston Police Department, detectives were called to a house in Lewiston on the evening of July 23 when a family member of the child walked in and reportedly saw the suspect identified Dakota Hall, 24 allegedly raping the child. Police subsequently interviewed the witness, the child victim and the suspect. Both the child and the witness stated that the man had engaged in lewd conduct.

Spokane police investigate series of drive-by shootings
SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Police Department (SPD) responded to multiple drive-by shootings, two yesterday evening and one in the morning. According to police on Tuesday, July 23, around 5 p.m., SPD received reports of gunshots near Lincoln Street and Cleveland Avenue. Shots were fired from a black car that fled the scene. No victims were found, according to police.
