BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Water levels at Lucky Peak Lake are dropping, so that a 70-year-old boat ramp can get some needed TLC. Craig Quintana, the Public Information Officer at the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, explained that Turner Gulch boat ramp isn't safe.
